  • Storing Project Assets: Uploaded logos, photos, and content files are stored in Google Drive for project use only
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process
  • Improving Our Services: To understand how visitors use our site and improve our offerings (using aggregated, non-identifiable data)
  • Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

  • Active Clients: Project files, communications, and billing records are retained for the duration of our business relationship.
  • Former Clients: We retain records for a minimum of 3–5 years following the end of our engagement for legal, tax, and business continuity purposes.
  • Intake Form Submissions (Non-Clients): If you submit an intake form but do not become a client, your information is retained for up to 12 months and then securely deleted.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at devin@ooltllc.com. We will honor deletion requests to the extent not prohibited by law or our business obligations.

COPPA Statement: Our website and services are directed exclusively at business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.

Note for Client Websites We Build: If we build a website for your business that may be used by or marketed to children under 13, you, as the Client, are solely responsible for ensuring your website is COPPA-compliant. This includes obtaining verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney for COPPA compliance requirements for your specific business.
